Taking charge of on-site brews, is Siebel Institute Certified UK brewmaster, Andrew Walton. He'll be the first in Europe to manage the Rack AeriAle system, an innovative nitrogen draught dispense system as well as an on-site Barrel-Ageing Programme.

Like Joey & Chandler and Phil & Hollie, the best teams come in duos. Andrew is supported in his quest to bring to life creative & innovative brews by Assistant Brewer, Jack Kingston and boy can these two make some damn good beer.
Patience is a virtue
Following on from the success of our mates from across the pond, we've recently launched our very own Barrel-Ageing Programme. Currently taking a nap in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels are our English Barley Wine & Flanders Red, brewed in Collaboration with Tim Faith of Goose Island Chicago. It'll be a few more months until this special brews are ready to be tapped.
INTRODUCING OUR BRAND NEW BREWS
Andrew & Jack have truly been busy creating some epic brews, using their state of the art equipment (we do like treat them). They're currently brewing up a wheat beer - brewed with apricot & basil. Whilst they do have a busy calendar, they're always keen to share some of their knowledge with you so do give them a wave if you see them, or buy them a beer, it is thirsty business.
