Taking charge of on-site brews, is Siebel Institute Certified UK brewmaster, Andrew Walton. He'll be the first in Europe to manage the Rack AeriAle system, an innovative nitrogen draught dispense system as well as an on-site Barrel-Ageing Programme.

We've recently tapped Radar Red & Shady Character - a refreshing dark lager with subtle flavours of coffee and chocolate. We'll soon be tapping a re-brew our Orange Line. Also coming soon is our 2021 Barley Wine. Stay tuned.

BARREL-AGEING PROGRAMME

Patience is a virtue

Following on from the success of our mates from across the pond, we've recently launched our very own Barrel-Ageing Programme. Currently taking a nap in barrels downstairs is our Flanders Red, brewed in Collaboration with R&D brewer, Tim Faith of Goose Island Chicago. Our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barley Wine has been ageing in a Heaven Hill barrel for 18 months and is being kegged soon.
